Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Selectia, a recruiting platform operated by BINOMICS S.A.S., Colombia ("we", "us"). By using Selectia you agree to them. A written agreement between us and a customer takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. A customer decides who belongs to its workspace and what each member may see and do.
Your content
Customers own the content they and their members put in their workspace, including candidate information. We use it only to provide Selectia, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for having the right to collect and use the candidate information they keep in Selectia.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Selectia to break the law, to discriminate unlawfully against candidates, or to send spam.
- Do not try to reach data or parts of the service you are not allowed to, or disrupt the service for others.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our written agreement.
Connected services
When you connect a Google, Microsoft, Dropbox or Box account, or place calls through Selectia, those services' own terms also apply to your use of them. You can disconnect an account at any time from Selectia's settings.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Selectia available and secure, and we may change or improve its features. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Selectia.
Ending use
You may stop using Selectia at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When a customer's account closes, its workspace content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
